How long is the turnaround time?
Once an order is placed, shoes normally take 7 to 12 business days from the actual date of order. Orders are expressed delivered to your designated location.
How to order your Italian shoe?
All Italian shoes are cut a ½ larger than your standard American shoe size. When ordering, please order a ½ less your normal shoe size. Example: If you wear a U.S. size 11 in men, you will order a shoe size 10 ½ if you are a woman wearing a shoe size 9, you will order an 8 ½. Please refer to the conversion tool provided by AliveShoes for accuracy.
How will I be notified of my orders progress?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received. Afterwards several follow up emails will be sent to keep you updated on the production and shipment of your order. During this time, you will obtain your carrier tracking number.
How are Dionies footwear shipped?
ALL of our footwear are shipped directly to you, internationally via one of the following carriers: UPS, DHL, or FEDEX from our manufacturing partner AliveShoes. Deliveries take 7 to 12 business days, depending on your city and country. Shipments to EU, UK, and US are shipped free of charge.
What if I’m not satisfied with my footwear?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free-returns policy. That means you will receive a full refund if not completely satisfied with the order. Shoes must be sent back to AliveShoes within 30 days after receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition to qualify for a refund. Contact our manufacturing partner AliveShoes to request a refund and confirm the shipping address. A delivery company will then collect your package with no hassle or cost to you.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return here at Dionies Sportswear, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
